● Manage governance, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

● Draft and review distribution and supply agreements, including amendments, renewals,

and terminations, and other contracts related to the business, shared services, and

government contracts.

● Identify business, legal and operational issues.

● Consult on legal provisions within contracts, including identifying potential legal and

business issues. Work with attorneys, key business stakeholders, and operational experts

to resolve such issues.

● Actively participate in contract negotiations.

● Provide guidance on contracting standards.

● Identify risk, determine the level of risk, and develop contracting strategies to mitigate

Nana's exposure to this risk.

● Monitor compliance with internal Nana and legal processes and policies.

● Recommend, develop, and implement contracting policies, procedures and processes.

● Work with attorneys and other Legal Team members to review and update templates,

including standard contract templates and amendment templates, as well as develop new

templates.

● Assist with administrative activities, including tracking contract status, filing,

organization.

● Prepare draft legal opinions in response to queries raised, following general instructions

given by supervisor

● Draft, review and revise complex commercial contracts under attorney supervision.

● Undertake contract research projects to identify specified terms or key issues across

multiple agreements.

● Perform preliminary review of the legal aspects of project proposals, draft agreements,

correspondence, and other texts and provide appropriate comments to the corresponding

supervisor.

● Administration of Business Bachelor's degree

● Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, both written and spoken.

● basic familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom.

● able to work overtime and on the weekends if necessary.

● 1-3 years of experience is required.
