- Respond to technical problems swiftly and provide immediate solutions
- Possess basic knowledge of software troubleshooting and resolution techniques
- Offer technical support to internal teams and external clients when necessary
- Assist in gathering and documenting new system requirements
- Manage support tickets, ensuring timely investigation, escalation, and resolution
- Maintain and update technical documentation and procedures
- Identify and resolve technical issues with precision and efficiency
- Coordinate internally and externally to facilitate issue resolution
- Deliver regular and customized training to enhance team proficiency
- Generate comprehensive reports for informed decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
- Industry certification (e.g., ACCA, CMA, or CPA) is a valuable asset
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills, ensuring efficient task management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation prowess
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work from the office, remotely, or on a shift basis
