As a Communications Supervisor at Nana Direct, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our communication strategies to enhance the company's brand image and reputation. Nana Direct connects customers with their favorite grocery stores, pharmacies, and specialty stores, providing the highest quality online grocery shopping experience with a personal touch. Headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Nana Direct was established in 2016 and has received significant funding, including $29M in Series C funding from reputable investors such as STV, MEVP, Wamda Capital, Saudi Venture Capital, Impact46, and Watar Partners.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Nana Direct's brand and enhance its reputation.
  • Create compelling content for various communication channels, including social media, website, press releases, and internal communications.
  • Manage and oversee the company's social media presence, engaging with and responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and speeches on behalf of the company.
  • Oversee external communication activities, including media relations, event planning, and partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in communication roles, preferably in the internet industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of traditional and digital communications channels.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with the E-Grocery market and industry trends is a plus.
