Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data strategy aligned with the organization's growth objectives, leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts, data scientists, and BI specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support for their professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, finance, and operations, to identify data requirements, establish metrics, and ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
- Design and implement data collection, storage, and processing systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Drive the development and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights for key stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and optimization.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, data mining, and statistical modeling to support business cases, identify customer behaviors, and improve operational efficiency.
– Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the organization's capabilities in these areas.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and data providers to ensure access to relevant data sources and tools, and manage relationships effectively.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a data-driven and growth-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) and database management systems.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data governance practices.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of key growth drivers across various industries. - Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
