    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Keeping inventory management of all Nana hardware and software licenses.
    • Purchasing the needed hardware and software licenses as per the policy.
    • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding colleagues by providing hardware needed as per policy and Software access according to their Job title and policy.
    • Responsible for hardware maintenance and software troubleshooting.
    • Providing support on-site or remotely.
    • Responsible for office network management and security.
    • Responsible for office printer support & troubleshooting
    • Protecting company laptops from security threats by installing virus protection systems and
    • Securing software and measures while also maintaining company data from theft or hacking.
    • Maintaining access to cloud services for colleagues based on policy.
    • Maintaining and updating company hardware and software policy as needed.

    Requirements

    • 0 to 1 year of an experience in the same field
    • Managed the network of a 300+ colleagues’ company before.
    • Strong technical understanding of hardware and software.
    • Ability to improve processes and automate them.
    • Networking knowledge, certificates are a plus.
    • Documentation and reporting skills.
    • Familiar with Google Workspace / MS 365 Administration
    • Familiar with ITSM tools & Ticketing systems
    • Knowledge of IT Asset lifecycle management
    • Vendor management experience
