Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Research and identify promising start-ups across technology sectors, analyzing their fit with MEVP's investment thesis

· Support the full investment cycle - from deal sourcing to analysis, structuring, and portfolio management

· Engage in meetings with entrepreneurs and team members to understand diverse industries and business models

· Helping prepare investment memoranda by assembling data from multiple sources to develop and produce coherent investment recommendations

· Assist in due diligence by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and building financial models

· Contribute to the firm’s fundraising, operations, and processes

Candidate qualifications & traits:

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

· Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in venture capital and startups

· Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Clear communicator with strong teamwork skills

· Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

· Self-starter with ability to take initiative

· Excellent time management and organizational skills
