Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and grow our strategic partnerships in several categories such as: retail, banking and e-commerce for Anghami and OSN+.
The ideal candidate for this role needs to be proactive, results-oriented with an outstanding track record in closing deals.
Job responsibilities:
- Build strategic partnerships with brands to drive user acquisition or subscriptions revenue growth at scale
- Build a pipeline of outbound lead opportunities, create the sales pitch and close deals
- Work with a Target and KPIs driven mindset while having the responsibility of forecasting and delivering against forecasts
- Develop and build a partner network through targeted outreach and strong project planning & execution
- Build and manage new business opportunities with partners to maximize Anghami’s objectives and revenues
- Day-to-day follow up on business related matters (marketing activities, commercial Agreements review, reporting, invoicing and collections).
- Work with internal and external marketing teams to define GTM plans promoting existing partnerships or launching new ones
- Manage, enhance and strengthen existing partner relationships in your market
- Collaborate with the product team to create a seamless user journey and optimize partnership KPIs
Qualifications:
- 5+ past years sales and partnership management experience in e-commerce, fintech, media agencies,or retail in KSA and UAE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, communications, marketing, or another related area of study
- Strong sales, business development and partners management track record
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- A team player and collaborator
- Experience working in a digital subscription business is a plus
