Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Arab Emirates. As a Business Development Manager for Regulated Services, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and negotiating contracts. The role involves developing and nurturing client relationships, growing the company’s client base, and contributing to strategic planning for business growth. You will also work cross-functionally with internal teams to meet organizational goals and drive revenue generation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 5 years of transactional experience in capital raising, investor distribution, private placements, or investment banking.
- Proven track record: demonstrated success in raising capital from institutional investors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals and high earners.
- Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of private market transaction processes, legal structures such as SPVs and custody arrangements.
- Extensive network: strong existing relationships with investors in the GCC and ability to originate and execute transactions independently.
- Technical expertise: deep understanding of private market investment structures, financial modeling, and regulatory requirements.
- Partnerships experience: Experience in developing and scaling partnerships or distribution networks.
- Language skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
- Additional skills: Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex transactions and ongoing client relationships..
