Team Description
The People Team supports employees across the organization by ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations. The team works closely with internal stakeholders to manage documentation, employee lifecycle processes, and operational coordination to deliver a high-quality employee experience.
The Role
The People Operations Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for HR processes in the Egypt office. The role ensures accurate employee data management, documentation, HR letters, and internal coordination, contributing to smooth People Operations.
What you will be working on
You will support day-to-day HR operations, maintain accurate employee documentation, coordinate payroll and banking processes, and act as a key internal point of contact for HR-related documentation and administrative matters.
Core Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records in both physical and digital formats, ensuring completeness and compliance.
Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing documents, coordinating signatures, and tracking internal forms.
Prepare and issue internal HR letters (confirmation, promotion, salary letters).
Assist employees with queries related to HR documentation, processes, and internal systems.
Payroll & Banking Coordination
Coordinate payroll account openings with bank representatives.
Track account progress and ensure timely follow-up with employees and banks.
Data Entry & Record Keeping
Enter and verify employee data for contracts, renewals, HR letters, and other processes.
Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate to HRBP for resolution.
Ensure HR operations comply with company policies.
Track and report on internal HR processes, document status, and compliance adherence.
Employee Support & Coordination
Act as the primary internal contact for employees regarding forms, HR letters, and document submission.
Work closely with HRBP to manage internal workflows, ensuring operational efficiency and a high-quality employee experience.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in HR administration, personnel, or operations.
Practical understanding of HR/Personnel functions.
Strong communication skills.
Performance Metrics
Timely completion of HR documentation and compliance tasks.
Successful execution of HR letters and employee requests.
Adherence to process standards.
Employee satisfaction with HR operational support and coordination.
