Job Summary

The Junior Loading Specialist will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day loading and updating of hotel information, contracted rates, and availability in the company’s database. This role ensures data accuracy and smooth operations in coordination with the contracting and connectivity teams. It is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience in the travel or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload suppliers’ details and hotel information into the database.

• Support the uploading of contractual agreements based on connectivity type.

• Update and maintain hotel rates and inventory as assigned.

• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when handling data.

• Work within defined targets for loading and quality of actions.

• Adhere to assigned shifts, rotations, and coverage schedules.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in contracting, operations, or yielding within Travel Agencies (TA), Online Travel Agencies (OTA), Destination Management Companies (DMC), or Wholesalers (WH).

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Studies, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.

• Very good proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

• Internship or project experience in the travel/hospitality sector is a plus.
