Finance Internship - ERP Transformation Projects

Company Overview:
Wego is a technology company operating in the online travel industry with a global footprint and operations across Asia and the Middle East. As we continue to grow and expand our business, we are seeking motivated university students for an internship participating in ERP system transformation project.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the migration of financial data from existing data structure to a new data structure
• Support efforts to automate accounting processes and workflows within the ERP system
• Liaise with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements for financial reporting data segments
• Document new accounting processes and workflows resulting from the ERP implementation
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accurate data migration
• Assist with testing of new ERP accounting modules and functionalities
• Provide support for training materials and knowledge transfer activities

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.2
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn
