Overview:

As a Key Account Executive, you will play an important role in growing the company's Affiliate business by managing existing partnerships and establishing new ones. The role requires business development and Account Management skills. It involves interacting with some of the world's smartest online e-commerce teams and experimenting with cutting-edge online marketing and technology. The role requires onboarding the affiliate partners, i.e., Rails, Buses, Visas, Car Rental, Airport Transfer, Tours & Activities, etc., and optimizing the business with strong account management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining excellent relationships with the existing partners and onboarding the potential partners, including OTAs & Aggregators.
  • Revenue generation through key account management and partner optimization.
  • Monitor market intelligence in terms of development, competitive activity, and trends.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to grow and optimize Affiliate partner campaigns.
  • Use key account metrics to prepare regular progress reports and forecast business for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reduce errors by removing or highlighting possible data issues.
  • Analyze key metrics to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Working closely with the Operations team for timely business reporting.
  • Working closely with the Finance and Data team to ensure payments on time.
  • Working closely with the product team on the partner’s integrations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge and at least one year of work experience in the Travel Industry.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge are a must
  • Confident in working with multi-cultural and cross-countries teams and partners.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, API, SQL, & Integrations will be added value.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
