Job Overview:

The SEM Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our search engine marketing strategy. This role is vital for the growth of our website traffic and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research using tools like Google Ads, Keyword Planner, and SEMRush to identify potential high-value search terms.
  • Campaign Management: Design, develop, and manage PPC (Pay-per-click) campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Budget Management: Monitor daily campaign budgets to ensure optimal use of funds and ROI.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues. Metrics may include CTR, Conversion Rate, Quality Score, CPC, and others.
  • Ad Creation: Design engaging and effective ad copy, working alongside content and design teams.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure landing pages are effectively optimized for SEM campaigns.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports showcasing campaign performance and insights.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor advertising links and strategies to refine our approach.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEM trends and technologies to ensure our campaigns remain competitive.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside other marketing team members to integrate SEM campaigns with broader marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in search engine marketing, PPC campaigns, or digital marketing. Proficient in platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and SEM tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • A strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Knowledge in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
