As we continue to grow and expand our business, we are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Tax Manager to join our team and help us achieve our tax objectives.

Job Overview:

The Tax Manager will play a key role in ensuring global tax optimisation and compliance across our diverse operations in Middle East, India and Asia. You will formulate and implement global tax strategy, lead tax compliance reviews, manage local VAT/GST filings, income tax matters, transfer pricing, and provide strategic tax advice to guide our business transactions.   • Lead and oversee the company's global tax compliance efforts, including local VAT/GST reports and filings, income tax returns, and transfer pricing documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors and tax agents to ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax filings in various jurisdictions.
  • Stay up-to-date with international tax laws, regulations, and trends, ensuring the company's adherence to evolving tax requirements.
  • Provide tax advice and insights on business contracts, investments, and strategic initiatives, considering potential tax implications.
  • Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to support decision-making and mitigate tax risks.
  • Drive tax planning initiatives to optimize the company's overall tax position and ensure efficient tax strategies.
  • Manage relationships with tax authorities, responding to inquiries, audits, and requests for information.
  • Lead the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies to align with international standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure tax-related contract clauses are accurate and compliant.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on tax matters, promoting a strong tax compliance culture.
  • Assist in the evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions from a tax perspective.


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional tax certification (e.g., CPA, CTA) is preferred.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in tax, with a focus on international tax compliance, transfer pricing, and advisory with the Big Four or accounting firms is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of global tax regulations, including BEPS initiatives, local VAT/GST, income tax, and transfer pricing rules.
  • Proven experience managing tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, particularly in the Middle East, India, and Asia.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex tax regulations and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in providing tax advice on business transactions and investments.
  • Knowledge of tax-related technology and software tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to various company offices in different regions.
