About Us

Volt Lines is a technology-powered mobility platform aiming to solve urban mobility problems. We view empty seats in traffic as both the cause of the problem and its solution. There are more than 50,000 buses in Istanbul operating at 9% efficiency, and we want to solve this problem. By making shuttle buses smarter, more efficient and dynamic, we create an alternative transportation network that can replace even car ownership. Companies and other institutions can benefit from the Volt Lines transportation network for the daily commute needs of their staff.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Head of Sales & Customer Success to help us meet our customer acquisition, revenue growth and profitability targets while keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for closing new deals and growing revenue, crafting strategic sales plans and overseeing the relationships of the company with its most important clients to achieve the growth target and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide and develop the entire Sales and Customer Success Teams.
  • Ensure Sales and Customer Success Teams meet the targets set in the OKRs.
  • Create successful and efficient Customer Success and Sales functions and make sure all levels of teammates are directed on this purpose.
  • Be responsible for truly understanding customers’ needs, identifying their growth opportunities, and helping them scale by creating upsell opportunities and connecting them to the sales team.
  • Improve customer engagement, and satisfaction, prevent any churn, and increase the lifetime value of the existing customer base.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Identify market shifts, trends, and opportunities by being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Be a part of upper management and team working with local teams on setting strategy for the company going forward.
  • Be an inspiration to the sales and customer success teams with your high performance and the manners of a great team-leader.
  • Report directly to CEO.
