Volt Lines is a technology powered mobility platform aiming to solve urban mobility problems. We view empty seats in traffic as both the cause of the problem and its solution. There are more than 50,000 buses in Istanbul operating at 9% efficiency and we want to solve this problem. Making shuttle buses smarter, more efficient and dynamic, we create an alternative transportation network that can replace even car ownership. Companies and other institutions can benefit from the Volt Lines transportation network for the daily commute needs of their staff.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Specialist who is an analytical team player who will be a key part of our ProdTech team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting user insight and being the advocate of the user
• Finding the best and most affordable way of solving user problems while delivering top notch product experiences
• Being the gateway between the user and the prodtech team to clearly understand the need and define the problem user is facing to support the developer team for an effective solution
• Acting as the owner for reported matters and providing the communicating for the updates with the relevant stakeholders
• Facilitating generating creative solutions to various use-case needs with the capabilities of the existing product stack
• Helping developing documentation for product features and how-to’s to assist the internal and external users
• Contributing to the processes to improve the product support streamline
• Participating in prioritization for the team workload and making sure to deliver value in a timely manner
• Working closely with the design team on delivering a working prototype before development starts
• Owning product analytics to track and report the user behavior when a new feature is released
