Role Overview:

This will drive Verto's expansion in North America, particularly Canada by executing the full-cycle sales process for B2B cross-border payment solutions. This role focuses on high-velocity growth through proactive prospecting to build a robust pipeline. Key expectations include navigating complex decision-making units to deliver product demos, negotiating and closing deals, and consistently exceeding monthly sales quotas.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Determining needs, building value, and gaining acceptance of Verto's solutions with new clients.

  • Prospecting, identifying, and generating new opportunities via cold calling, email, phone, and LinkedIn to build a strong pipeline of targeted prospects.

  • Managing the sales pipeline through all sequential stages of the sales process: initial outreach, product demo, negotiation, and closing deals.

  • Taking a consultative approach with the management team while navigating multiple decision-makers.

  • Consistently exceeding your monthly sales quota and being well-compensated for doing so.

  • Working closely with the Account Management function to upsell and cross-sell the Verto suite of products.

What You Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the payments space.

  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • A team player mentality with the ability to work independently toward lofty goals.

  • Excellent organisational skills, including prioritisation, scheduling, and time management.

  • A coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient mindset.
