In this role you will:

• Work closely with Sales to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding for all clients
• Collaborate with the Onboarding Specialists team to ensure successful completion of onboarding tasks
• Provide personalized support and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding journey
• Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in onboarding
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of the onboarding function

You’ll be responsible for:

• Understanding and interpreting onboarding document requirements for different countries
• Developing and manage project plans for onboarding
• Coordinating internal resources to meet complex onboarding requirements
• Proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks or delays in the onboarding process
• Monitoring and tracking onboarding progress against established timelines and key performance indicators
• Maintain open communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and expectations are met
• Initial reviews of documentation provided by customers

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, project management, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with financial onboarding best practices and technologies is a plus
