As the People Operations Coordinator, you will wear multiple hats, seamlessly transitioning between working closely with leadership as an EA partner and stepping into the role of an office coordinator, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our workspace. People Operations:

Support People Operations projects, such as implementing workflows on HR platforms and conducting data integrity audits.

Support people team on best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Use G-Suite to a high level!

Input and maintain office policies so we can be a great place to work!

Collaborate with the People Partners to update and maintain HR-related documentation and resources.

Support people team on employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR regulations.

Assist in the recruitment process, coordinating interviews and managing applicant tracking systems.

EA Duties:

Manage the founders' complex and busy diaries, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.

Organise and coordinate board meetings, conferences.

Manage global travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, hotels, etc.

Work closely with IT and keep a record of IT equipment.

Prepare expense claims and liaise with finance to ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.

Office Manager:

Manage the general upkeep of the UK office: policies, cleanliness, condition, equipment inventory, office layout, snacks etc.

Be the face of Verto and welcome clients / candidates to the UK office and provide general support to visitors

Keep first aid records/equipment and accident book up to date and report any issues to People Partners.

Inform team members of the health and safety within the building - fire exits, assembly points.
