The Role

We are Looking for a graphic designer to join out marketing team in London on a contract basis. This will be part of the current marketing team and will work towards the growth of the business.

What you will be doing

• Design and create visually appealing marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, banners, advertisements, and website assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful design concepts that align with the company's brand identity.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials. Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to develop cohesive and engaging designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh and innovative design ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience (at least 3 years) working as a designer, with a strong focus on marketing materials.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma & Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing design projects, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of design principles.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout composition. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
