Key Responsibilities
- Engage International Leads: Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients and past customers in the UAE, maintaining professionalism and building trust to establish TruKKer as a preferred relocation service.
- Sales Consultations: Offer customized relocation packages, provide instant pricing details, and guide clients through package options, understanding their preferences to recommend the most suitable solution.
- Achieve High Conversion Rates: Drive bookings for TruKKer's Super Saver, Standard, and Premium packages by securing client commitment and deposits.
- Follow a Proven Sales Structure: Adhere to TruKKer's six-step sales approach, designed for high engagement and clear communication with international clients.
- Research & Personalization: Conduct research on clients' move locations, neighborhoods, and preferences to personalize each call, demonstrating expertise and attentiveness.
- Handle Objections Effectively: Confidently manage client concerns, questions, or hesitations with solutions that convey value and meet their relocation needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Log interactions accurately in TruKKer's CRM system, following up promptly with clients to maintain a smooth booking process.
Who We're Looking For
- Experienced in International Telesales: 2+ years of telesales experience focused on international markets, especially UAE or other GCC countries.
- Exceptional Communicator: Fluency in English with a clear, engaging tone, the ability to build rapport over the phone, and familiarity with international sales etiquette.
- Results-Oriented: Strong track record of achieving sales targets in international markets and driving high conversion rates.
- Cultural Awareness: Understands the nuances of selling to UAE clients, showing sensitivity to different client needs, cultural expectations, and service standards.
- Persistent and Resilient: Approaches each call with positivity, overcoming objections and handling client concerns with ease.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems and digital communication platforms for managing leads and tracking progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in telesales or inside sales, with a strong preference for experience in international or UAE markets.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for candidates with proven telesales expertise.
- Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
