Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aligned with regional market trends and company objectives.
- Prospect and qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and effectively present logistics solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, securing profitable contracts with new and existing clients.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and pipeline management, maintaining accuracy and alignment with targets.
- Analyse sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Stay informed of industry developments, competitor activity, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Who We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales within the logistics industry, preferably in the Middle East.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern logistics landscape and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Additional Skills and Experience:
- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients within a matrix organizational structure is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant local business culture and etiquette is preferred.
- Experience with logistics industry-specific software is beneficial.
