Job Summary
Toters is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support the HR team in daily administrative and recruitment activities. This internship provides hands-on experience across various HR functions and offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including CV screening and interview scheduling.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with attendance tracking and other HR administrative tasks.
- Prepare employee files and ensure all required documents are properly collected and archived.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, certificates, and other employee-related documents.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and organizing attendance and leave data.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
- Generate and update HR trackers, reports, and spreadsheets as required.
- Support HR projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Human Resources Team at Toters.
