We are looking for an enthusiastic Logistics Supervisor that will manage various operational tasks, coordinate activities related to drivers and support the logistics management in the required tasks.
Responsibilities:
Fleet Quality & Performance
- Design and implement quality frameworks to improve driver behavior, service standards, and customer experience
- Monitor and analyze fleet KPIs (acceptance rate, cancellations, delays, customer ratings, etc.) and drive continuous improvement
Training & Development
- Lead onboarding programs for new drivers
- Develop and deliver ongoing training sessions focused on safety, service quality, and performance improvement
- Drive behavioral change initiatives across the fleet
Compliance & Auditing
- Ensure all drivers meet company standards (documentation, appearance, vehicle condition, safety compliance)
- Conduct regular field audits and zone visits
- Maintain accurate fleet segmentation and documentation tracking
Safety & Risk Management
- Manage and scale the road safety program
- Track incidents, enforce safety policies, and implement preventive actions
- Oversee daily safety reports and follow-ups
Communication & Engagement
- Own in-app communication with drivers, ensuring clear, timely, and actionable messaging
- Launch targeted campaigns to address key operational priorities
Performance Management
- Design and implement performance-based reward and penalty systems
- Identify low-performing segments and execute improvement plans
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Product, and Customer Experience teams to improve end-to-end service quality
- Support the development of tools and features that enable a builder-first, data-driven fleet operation
Requirements:
- 2–4 years in logistics, fleet management, operations, or a related field (delivery or mobility experience is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (data analysis, reporting, insights)
- Ability to translate data into actionable improvements
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adopt operational tools and systems
- Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance
- Comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with drivers
