We are looking for a talented and driven Design Lead to oversee the end-to-end execution of creative projects while guiding and developing a growing design team. This role combines hands-on design work with team leadership, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables across all channels. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously elevate the team’s performance and output.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and work on design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Lead and mentor design team, fostering creativity and collaboration
• Grow and empower the design team by developing skills, providing guidance, and encouraging ownership
• Oversee daily design operations and ensure efficient workflow management
• Ensure all deliverables are accurate, consistent, and fully aligned with brand guidelines before final submission
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
• Maintain consistency and quality across all digital and print assets
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 4–6 years of professional design experience, including experience managing a small team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Photo editing skills are a plus
• Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose creative solutions
