A Marketing Performance Executive supports the day-to-day performance of marketing campaigns across paid media and CRM channels. The role involves monitoring KPIs, running experiments, improving user journeys, and working closely with different teams to make sure marketing efforts are well-tracked, effective, and continuously improving.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance across key channels (Meta, Google, in-app etc.).
  • Track and report on core KPIs such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, retention, and incremental revenue.
  • Build and maintain performance reports to support data-driven decision making.
  • Support campaign planning by forecasting results, setting performance targets, and allocating budgets efficiently.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to optimize user journeys, retention flows, and promotional strategies.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates, engagement, and user lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with data, product, and tech teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and event implementation.
  • Identify growth opportunities through user segmentation (Lifecycle stages, cohorts, etc.).
  • Translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, performance marketing, CRM, or growth roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand data, turn insights into actions, and clearly explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of attribution tools (Branch, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or light technical implementations is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
