Toters is an on-demand e-commerce and delivery platform and operate a service that enables customers to get anything in their city at the highest level of convenience.

We’re looking for a sharp-eyed and detail-oriented Content Quality Specialist to ensure that all store content on our app meets the highest quality standards. From visuals to text, you’ll be responsible for catching errors, aligning content with guidelines, and making the necessary fixes to deliver a polished customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance checks on store pages before they go live on the app.
• Review and correct spelling, grammar, and formatting issues.
• Ensure all content follows established brand and content guidelines.
• Evaluate the quality and consistency of visuals (images, covers, etc.).
• Collaborate with content, photography, and commercial teams to resolve any issues efficiently.
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance overall content quality.
  

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, translation or relevant field.
• Previous QA, editorial, or content review experience is a plus.
• Experience with MS Office and data programs.
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
• Strong organization and management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies.
• Excellent understanding of content standards and visual aesthetics.
• Excellent English and Arabic verbal and written skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with Photoshop will be an asset.
