We are looking for a reliable and organized Stock Keeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing inventory and ensuring all stock is properly received, stored, and recorded. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, organizing storage areas efficiently, and coordinating with relevant teams to support smooth daily operations
Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly stock counts of nylon bags across all accessible TF warehouses and share results with the Supply Chain (SC) team.
- Monitor delicate or long-lead-time items and update the SC team regularly to anticipate procurement needs.
- Participate in periodic physical inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of all stock movements, including receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Prepare and issue materials and assets to departments as per approved requests.
- Ensure all outgoing items are properly documented, authorized, and recorded.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and asset status reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain confidentiality of all asset and inventory information.
- Communicate shortages, overstock situations, or urgent procurement needs promptly to the Supply Chain team.
- Maintain, update and create Google Sheets to track all stock movements (in and out) in real time.
- Prepare a monthly stock movement report summarizing all incoming and outgoing items.
- Provide a weekly stock value update to support the accounting team with accurate inventory valuation.
- Suggest improvements for warehouse organization, stock management, and reporting accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of all warehouse and storage spaces.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain, or business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in stock keeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate stock records.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) and basic inventory management tools.
- Problem-solving mindset to identify discrepancies and suggest improvements.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of stock valuation and reporting is an advantage.
