As a Junior Treasurer, your role involves managing daily cash operations, payables, and cash transactions. You will also be responsible for monitoring cash flow, generating treasury reports, assessing cash/liquidity position, and performing assigned duties from your supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the cash count on a daily basis
• Prepare and follow up on the payables file
• Book cash transactions and settlements on internal portals
• Pool cash from company’ account when needed
• Monitor the wallets and investigate if any issue occur
• Make sure that no idle or shortage in cash is available
• Create and generate required treasury report on regular and ad-hoc basis i.e. financial charges, FX exposure...
• Assess cash/liquidity position and recommend necessary action if needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by his supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting or relevant field
• 2 years of experience as treasurer or in a relevant financial management position
• Knowledge of financial legislation and practices
• Accuracy when computing and managing numbers
• High integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office
• Detail-oriented
• Proactive and a self starter
• Fluent in English and Arabic
