We are looking for an experienced individual with marketing experience that will generate continuous improvement and leanings on how to find and convert scalable sources of potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Support in reconciling supplier balances and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing vendor payments.
• Maintain proper documentation of accounts payable records.
• Book and record all supplier payments accurately.
• Communicate with suppliers to follow up on invoices and payments.
• Support the accounting team in month-end closing activities.
• Issue debit and credit notes to suppliers when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
