We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and manage all maintenance activities across Fresh Warehouses in Lebanon. The role ensures that facilities remain safe, clean, and fully operational at all times. Responsibilities include coordinating routine and emergency repairs, scheduling maintenance staff or contractors, and liaising with the Finance Department to ensure timely settlement of payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance and repairs for warehouse equipment, facilities, and systems (e.g., refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and disruption, ensuring immediate contact with pre-approved contractors.
  • Liaise with the Procurement team to secure major repair and maintenance services.
  • Coordinate with Accounting and Treasury teams to ensure timely payment settlements.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment service history, and spare parts inventory.
  • Oversee routine inspections by handymen to identify maintenance needs and potential safety hazards.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse Operations to plan and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Support budgeting and procurement processes for maintenance supplies and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in maintenance coordination, facility management, or a similar role (preferably in warehouse or industrial settings).
  • Strong technical knowledge of electromechanical systems, including refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Experience managing contractors and coordinating with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Operations).
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to emergencies.
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and reporting maintenance activities.
  • Good budgeting and cost-control awareness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
