We are looking for a motivated and organized Grocery Partnerships Lead to launch and manage our new third-party grocery marketplace. This person will be responsible for the end-to-end relationship with grocery vendors, onboarding them to the platform, managing performance, ensuring content accuracy, and driving sales growth.

This person will be responsible for the end-to-end relationship with grocery vendors, onboarding them to the platform, managing performance, ensuring content accuracy, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Identify, contact, and onboard new grocery vendors to the Toters marketplace.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for third-party grocery partners, building strong relationships and ensuring vendor satisfaction.
- Catalog & Content Oversight: Coordinate product uploads, pricing, descriptions, and stock accuracy in collaboration with internal catalog/content teams.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor vendor KPIs (e.g., availability, delivery times, cancellations, ratings) and take corrective actions as needed.
- Sales Growth: Work with partners to optimize assortments, run promotions, and increase visibility within the app.
- Compliance: Ensure vendors meet platform standards in terms of service quality, hygiene, pricing fairness, and customer experience.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, marketing, finance, and customer support to resolve issues and improve partner performance.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in vendor relations, partnerships, category management, or sales—preferably in e-commerce, grocery retail, or marketplaces.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with e-commerce systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
