We are hiring a Sales Executive to support our growth in this sector. The role will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting in the onboarding and support of new partners. This position plays a key role in expanding our presence in the HORECA market and delivering a smooth experience to our business clients
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in the HORECA market
- Conduct regular visits to existing clients and support their ordering experience
- Support in handling inquiries, and follow-ups
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure issue resolution
- Collect feedback from clients and work cross-functionally to improve offerings
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with demand planners and operations for delivery execution
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of sales, ideally in the hospitality or FMCG industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Organized, with good time management and follow up habits
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred
