Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and conduct a variety of research methods (e.g., usability testing, user interviews, surveys).
  • Analyze and synthesize user data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to translate findings into design decisions.
  • Advocate for the voice of the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Develop personas, customer journey maps, and experience maps to help align teams around user needs.
  • Create and deliver clear, compelling research reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Maintain and grow a research repository to enable knowledge sharing and tracking.
  • Stay up-to-date with UX research trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Design, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience conducting UX research in a product-focused environment.
  • Strong experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Proficiency in research tools such as UserTesting, Hotjar, Maze, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Agile or Lean product environments.
  • Background in accessibility research or inclusive design practices.
  • Ability to conduct remote and international research.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to complement qualitative insights.
