We are seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead the expansion of our HORECA client base. This role is essential in driving customer acquisition, managing key accounts, and guiding a team of sales representatives toward performance targets—all while strengthening long-term partnerships across the food and beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard restaurants, hotels, and cafes to Toters Trade
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all merchants
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of key accounts
- Develop market coverage strategies to expand Toters Trade’s reach
- Lead presentations and product demos to decision makers
- Collect feedback from clients and work cross-functionally to improve offerings
- Monitor competition and market trends in the HORECA sector
- Report on sales metrics and propose forecasts, growth plans, and improvements
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG or HORECA supply
- Deep knowledge of the HORECA market and client purchasing behavior.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs, digital sales tools, and mobile platforms.
