We are looking for a qualified Community Manager to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, PR, and promotional events, we would like to meet you. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a people person with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content plan aligned with the overall marketing strategy and trends
  • Create engaging, creative, and on-trend content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms, including:
    - Posts (images, videos, carousels, reels, stories, etc.)
    - Short-form videos tailored to each platform
    - Write catchy, clear, and brand-aligned captions
  • Set up and manage social media and communication campaigns to grow and engage the community
  • Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and customer queries on all platforms
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Track and analyze social media and community metrics to improve performance and inform content strategy
  • Organize and participate in offline events to foster community and boost brand awareness
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all content
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Business Development and Tech teams to communicate updates on new products, features, and initiatives
  • Manage and assess the performance of influencers
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, influencers, industry professionals, and journalists
  • Stay ahead of digital and social media trends, experimenting with new formats and ideas

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Community Manager, Content Creator, or in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience managing and creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
  • Ability to identify, produce, and edit engaging content (photo, video, and written)
  • Understanding of platform-specific trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Ability to track and analyze engagement and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (verbal and written)
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
