We are looking for a skilled Talent Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will establish Toter’s Learning and Development framework in alignment with our organizational goals and competency library. You will collaborate with business units to design and implement programs that drive career growth and skill enhancement. You will also work on refining performance management practices across the organization and creating succession plans that will ensure business continuity.

Responsibilities:

Learning Strategy & Frameworks

  • Design and implement an organization-wide skills framework aligned with our business and tech strategy.
  • Lead learning needs assessments using data, interviews, performance metrics, and strategic goals.
  • Curate and develop high-impact learning curricula (technical, leadership, soft skills) and deliver planned trainings.

Skills & Capability Building

  • Identify critical skill gaps across teams and functions, and lead initiatives to build future-ready capabilities
  • Drive upskilling and reskilling programs that align with evolving business needs and tech advancements

Learning Culture & Enablement

  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and capability-building
  • Identify and manage partnerships with external learning providers, platforms, and content creators
  • Launch scalable learning programs (online, in-person, blended), and track adoption and effectiveness

Career & Talent Development

  • Develop and own the career development strategy, mapping roles, capabilities, and growth paths.
  • Align career progression with performance management and succession planning.
  • Partner with HR and business leads to embed learning into broader talent management practices.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders across Lebanon and Iraq.
  • Work closely with People & Culture, Performance, and Talent Acquisition to drive integrated people solutions.
  • Coach managers and teams on learning best practices and growth mindset.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent, or Organizational Development.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in management consulting, people strategy, or organizational change.
  • Proven success in designing learning strategies, frameworks, or programs at scale.
  • Experience with modern learning platforms (LMS, LXPs, microlearning tools).
  • Knowledge of career frameworks, competency mapping, and performance development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
