Toters offers a dynamic and hands-on internship experience across multiple functions such as Business Development, Account Management, Content Production, Customer Experience and Projects, providing students and recent graduates with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced tech environment operating in Lebanon and Iraq.
Account Management: Interns learn how to support and grow merchant relationships by adding value and helping drive sales. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting and organizing on-ground marketing events
- Managing merchant profiles on the app
- Analyzing and assess store performance
Business Development: Interns gain experience in identifying and approaching potential merchants while learning how to present Toters’ value. Responsibilities include:
- Researching and qualifying new leads
- Supporting merchant outreach and onboarding
- Assist in preparing merchant agreements
- Assisting in market research and competitor analysis
Content: Interns also help maintain accurate merchant data across the platform by:
- Entering and updating menus, photos, and descriptions
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Coordinating with internal teams for quality control
Customer Experience: Interns act as guardians of the customer experience, helping ensure customer satisfaction and smooth issue resolution. Responsibilities include:
- Responding to inbound messages, emails, and calls from customers and merchants
- Monitoring and managing the order queue and assignment process
- Following up on orders to avoid delays and ensure issue-free processing
- Escalating and helping resolve order-related problems and compensations
Projects: Projects interns play a key role in shaping Toters' growth by turning competitive insights into action. Responsibilities include:
- Benchmarking Toters’ offerings against competitors
- Collecting and organizing data from competitor apps
- Validating inputs for the competitive intelligence system
- Identifying gaps and opportunities in the marketplace
