Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with deep expertise in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, data workflows, and database integration to join our team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining seamless integrations between Dynamics 365, internal data warehouses, and other financial systems—ensuring both technical robustness and business alignment.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, finance, operations teams, and engineers to implement end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and help ensure compliance, data accuracy, and real-time synchronization across our enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with internal data warehouses and reporting systems.
• Develop custom workflows and data models to extend Dynamics 365 capabilities aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Engineering) to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance practices are applied to all integration workflows.
• Optimize and manage Azure-based infrastructure for ERP data processing and storage.
• Provide technical guidance on system upgrades, custom development, and best practices for Dynamics 365.
• Conduct performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting across ERP integrations and pipelines.
• Document technical implementations and ensure operational continuity and support readiness.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software/data engineer with a focus on ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Business Central, or equivalent modules).
• Proficiency in building ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or similar.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault, and Data Lake.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data warehousing principles, and data modeling.
• Experience working closely with finance and business stakeholders to gather, define, and deliver integration solutions.
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, or industry-specific financial regulations.
• Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with evolving business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, or Azure Machine Learning for reporting or automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices for data pipelines and ERP deployments.
• Experience working in regulated environments or organizations with strict data integrity requirements.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
