Toters offers a dynamic and hands-on internship experience across multiple functions such as Marketing, HR and Finance, providing students and recent graduates with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced tech environment operating in Lebanon and Iraq.
Marketing Internships: Marketing interns at Toters play a central role in developing, launching, and monitoring promotional campaigns across different cities. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting and organizing on-ground marketing events
- Creating customer communications across various digital channels
- Tracking campaign performance and supporting digital ad initiatives
- Creating engaging content (for Content Creator Interns) for platforms like TikTok and Instagram
- Staying on top of industry trends and competitive actions to keep Toters’ brand fresh and relevant
- Assisting in content planning and execution tied to broader campaign goals
Additionally, CVM (Customer Value Management) Interns focus on understanding customer behavior and driving engagement through:
- Segment-specific campaign planning
- Survey creation and analysis
- Coordinating with digital teams to execute targeted advertising and monitor campaign results
Finance Internships: The Finance internship offers in-depth exposure to the financial operations that support Toters' growing business. Interns will:
- Assist with cash and revenue reconciliation
- Apply key accounting principles
- Understand and map business workflows
- Analyze how digital wallet systems integrate with finance modules
- Gain insight into the structure of financial statements
HR Internships: The Human Resources internship offers hands-on experience in the core functions that drive Toters' people operations. Interns will:
- Assist with candidate screening and initial applicant evaluations
- Support the filing and organization of employee records
- Perform accurate data entry across HR platforms and databases
- Help prepare and process NSSF (National Social Security Fund) and MOF (Ministry of Finance) documentation
- Gain exposure to HR compliance protocols and administrative workflows
- Understand the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Learn to work with HR information systems (HRIS) and digital documentation tools
- Contribute to talent-related projects, including employer branding, engagement initiatives, and recruitment marketing
Strategy & Data Internships: The Strategy and Data internship offers hands-on experience in shaping data-driven business decisions and supporting strategic initiatives across teams. Interns will:
- Assist in market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis
- Support strategic planning through data collection, modeling, and synthesis
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects to identify business opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and business performance
- Analyze operational and financial data to inform strategic priorities
