Job Description:

• Handling cash flow planning across all markets
• Managing daily cash position, ensuing adequate liquidity for operations while optimizing cash utilization across all markets
• Overseeing the daily cash count and closing
• Overseeing the daily cash sales reconciliation
• Handling daily FX exchange and hedge risk for any currency fluctuation
• Overseeing and supporting in uploading/processing of payments for merchants, suppliers and shoppers across all markets
• Managing and initiating relationships with Money Transfer Operators and banks to ensure proper execution of the daily payments/collections
• Reviewing and setting Daily/weekly/monthly budgets for payables
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies related to treasury operations.
• Working closely with other departments, such as finance and accounting, to align on treasury activities
• Liaising with other departments to coordinate on shoppers, merchants and suppliers payables.

Skillset:

1. 8 to 10 years of experience in Treasury Department
2. BA in Finance, Accounting or economics or any relevant field. Masters degree is a plus
3. Experience in Money Transfers Operators or e-commerce businesses is a plus
4. Microsoft office proficiency (word, excel and PowerPoint)
5. Strong analytical skills
6. Proactive mindset
7. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Leadership and decision-making abilities
