Role

As an iOS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and success of our mobile applications. You will be responsible for turning product ideas into functional and efficient code while ensuring that the end-user experience is seamless and intuitive. You will also work closely with other product team members, including designers and product managers, to develop new features and improvements. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and stability of our applications, and providing technical support to our clients as needed. Description

We are looking for a highly skilled iOS Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining iOS applications, as well as providing technical support to our clients. The iOS Engineer will work closely with our product team to design and implement new features and enhancements and ensure that our applications are highly functional, stable, and performant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain iOS applications in accordance with project requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the product team to implement new features and improvements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Swift.
• Participate in code reviews and help enforce coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS development trends and technologies.
• Lead or mentor junior iOS developers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing iOS applications with a proven track record of successful app launches.
• Proficiency in Swift programming language.
• Familiarity with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, CoreData, and CoreAnimation.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and architecture principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Combine, Apple's reactive programming framework for Swift.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as CircleCi, Fastlane, or Bitrise.
• Understanding of advanced iOS app performance optimization techniques, such as memory management, caching and threading.
• Experience with UI testing frameworks like XCTest.
• Experience with SwiftUI, Apple's declarative UI framework for building iOS apps.
