Job Description:

• Handling daily treasury operations including but not limited to daily cash management and processing payments whether in cash, MTOs and Bank Transfers.
• Following up on all transfers issued and making sure that the amount was received.
• Recording the daily transactions in the system.
• Monitoring payment schedules and track payments based on forecasted cash flow.
• Ensuring that there are sufficient funds available to meet operational needs.
• Monitoring and analyzing the exchange gain & loss account.
  
• Preparing weekly reports to monitor treasury operations.
  
• Supporting in Financial Institutions relationship when need be.
  
• Implementing company policies regarding documentation and accounting of receipt.Skillset:
  
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Treasury Department, Accounting or related field
  
• BA in Finance, Accounting or economics or any relevant field. Masters degree is a plus
  
• Experience in Money Transfers Operators or e-commerce businesses is a plus
  
• Microsoft office proficiency (word, excel and PowerPoint)
  
• Strong analytical skills
