We are looking for an experienced individual with CVM Marketing experience that will drive our customer value initiatives, develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, and optimize the customer lifecycle to maximize lifetime value.


The CVM Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and value. This role involves leveraging data-driven insights to create personalized marketing campaigns and optimize the customer journey through communications via given channels (email, push, SMS, in-app, Braze, WhatsApp, Meta, Google ads, etc)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement Customer Value Management strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, in-app notifications, social media (Meta, Google, Tiktok etc), to engage and retain customers.
  • Develop targeted marketing initiatives tailored to specific customer segments to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle funnel from onboarding to retention, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns to achieve key performance indicators and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Engineers and Marketing Executives, to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Launch and manage communications on social media channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and others.



SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience
  • Experience in CRM software such as Braze is a plus
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach
  • Experience with digital advertising and a good understanding of digital ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
