We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to join our team. As a vital member of our supply chain team, you will assist in managing various aspects of the supply chain process, from procurement to delivery. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in supply chain management and are ready to contribute to our organization's success.


Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the planning and execution of supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution.
  2. Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods, and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
  3. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and supplier performance, using inventory management software and tools.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to identify replenishment needs and prevent stockouts.
  5. Process purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
  6. Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers, based on quality, cost, and reliability.
  7. Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to supply chain management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  6. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supply chain management preferred.
