About The Role

This role sits within the Content team at The Luxury Closet and will be responsible for writing product descriptions, managing uploads on the website, and drafting creative content for the blog.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Copywriting & SEO: Write original, engaging, and accurate product descriptions for apparel, footwear, accessories, and jewelry while naturally incorporating keywords to drive search visibility.
  • Listing & Visual Management: Manage daily output volumes, maintain strict listing turnaround time (TAT) targets, and monitor product images to ensure they meet brand visual standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and resolve content quality alerts, catalog errors, and backlogs to ensure high data integrity.
  • Process & Catalog Support: Contribute research and content ideas to improve listing quality and support marketplace-specific catalog projects and process improvements.
  • Creative Editorial: Write compelling articles and features on luxury and fashion for the company's blog site and broader digital channels.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Communication / Journalism / Literature or any other related field
  • 0–2 years of writing/content experience; internships or freelance work welcome
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • A genuine passion for fashion, style trends, and garment construction (fabrics, silhouettes, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital writing best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills
