Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Identify key market segments, potential partners, and sales channels.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for the new country. Identify and engage with potential clients via cold calls, networking, events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Build strong relationships with local influencers, business partners, and potential clients.
- Promote brand awareness in the local market. Identify and onboard local distributors, agents, or resellers (if applicable).
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with strategic partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and ensure repeat business.
- Gather client feedback and communicate market insights to headquarters.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Report regularly to headquarters on progress, market updates, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align efforts.
- Focus on building sales and convesion to achieve the assigned sales targets.
- Atract and onboard expat and local communities of buyers and sellers as well utilize Reloved Luxury's existing customer base to grow and expand sales.
- Manage personal shopping and VIP concierge services for buying and selling with HNWI.
- Work with the team to cross-sell authentication and restoration services.
- Work with B2B sales and sourcing teams on strurcturing large transactions for sales and inventory sourcing.
- Support restoration and authentication teams with senior business development meetings.
- Collaborate with other resellers in Taiba Mall, Royal Mall, and other places to build physical consignments.
- Create a high standard of customer experience at the boutique with a sence of luxury as well as fun engagement activities to encourage repeat business, higher footfall, and referrals.
- Identify key exhibitions and fairs to with a focus on sales.
- At least 5 year of experience in luxury retail sales is a MUST
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional personal appearance
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Pro-active service delivery attitude, willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on approach
- Working Hours: 6 days a week on a roaster
