About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and sales-driven Luxury Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while representing prestigious luxury brands. You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales, support authentication and merchandising processes, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized, premium shopping experience to every client.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell luxury items while maintaining brand integrity.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury brands (e.g. Hermès, Chanel, Rolex, Cartier, Louis Vuitton).
• Explain product condition, grading, and provenance to customers.
• Support authentication and quality checks of pre-owned luxury items.
• Assist with receiving, tagging, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards and support stock counts and loss prevention.
• Communicate return policies, warranties, and resale conditions clearly.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, resale, or premium customer service.
• Passion for luxury fashion, watches, and accessories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a client-centric mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and product presentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Experience with CRM/POS systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of authentication standards or pre-owned luxury is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
