Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused VIP Conciergeto build and nurture relationships with high-value clients and consignors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on boarding and retaining VIP sellers, driving consignment growth, delivering exceptional client service, and ensuring a seamless client experience through effective coordination with internal teams. This role requires strong relationship management skills, a proactive approach to client engagement, and a passion for achieving business targets while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect existing connections and develop relationships with new VIP clients and consignors. These contacts include stylists, personal shoppers, boutique owners, sales associates, and individual consignors.
  • Responsible for on boarding new sellers, retaining existing sellers, conducting regular follow-ups, and managing seller-related approvals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing consignors to increase business and drive repeat consignments.
  • Handle walk-ins, front-end customer administrative tasks, and client servicing, including requests related to financial, logistics, and other operational account support.
  • Maintain a seamless flow of communication with multiple departments, including Merchandising, Accounting, Logistics, and Customer Service.
  • Achieve monthly consignment targets and contribute to the growth of the assigned geographic market.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, approvals, and consignment activities in the relevant systems.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and personalized engagement.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (Mandatory)
  • Nationality: Arabic speaker (Lebanese, Egyptian, Jordanian, or similar Arabic-speaking nationalities preferred)
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (English is mandatory)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in client relationship management, luxury retail, sales, account management, or customer service.
  • Computer Skills: Good computer knowledge with the ability to quickly learn and work on internal dashboards and systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
  • Customer-centric mind set with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Location: Must be willing to work from the Riyadh store in Panorama Mall.
  • Flexibility: Must be flexible to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.
