We are seeking a skilled senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate has expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data science, with strong proficiency in Python and its related frameworks. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining machine learning models, as well as integrating them into production systems.

We are seeking a skilled senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate has expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data science, with strong proficiency in Python and its related frameworks. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining machine learning models, as well as integrating them into production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and ship production agentic AI systems (multi-step, tool-using LLM agents) for pricing, catalog enrichment, and authentication.
- Build RAG pipelines with vector databases, hybrid search, and reranking.
- Develop LLM evaluation frameworks (golden datasets, LLM-as-judge) to measure and improve output quality.
- Implement prompt engineering, structured outputs, and function calling patterns.
- Build resilience and observability into pipelines, including cost monitoring and latency tracking.
- Diagnose and fix end-to-end pipeline failures across data and infrastructure layers.
- Build production AI features using Gemini, Claude, and LangChain/LangGraph for customer-facing applications across the marketplace.
- 4–7 years of total engineering/ML experience, with at least 2 years shipping production AI/LLM systems.
- Track record of owning AI features end-to-end.
- AI/LLM Engineering: 2+ years building production LLM-powered features and multi-step agentic systems.
- Frameworks & Tools: Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
- APIs & Infrastructure: Production experience with Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI APIs; GCP experience (Vertex AI, BigQuery) is strongly preferred.
- Operations: Experience with evaluation pipelines (LangSmith, Ragas) and observability tooling.
- Development: Async Python patterns (FastAPI).
- Proactive ownership and a quality-first mindset regarding AI evaluations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for building high-quality AI solutions.
